During her year, she served as the International Brand Ambassador for the American Pistachio Growers. She traveled over 60,000 miles during her year with the crown and helped raise over $1.5 million for various causes and organizations. She used her scholarships to complete a dual-major at California Baptist University and graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor’s Degree.

She is also currently applying for Law School. She is more confident, more prepared, and more motivated to pursue her goals beyond the crown because of her time as Miss California 2018. Welcome Mackenzie Freed to the Life After the Crown!
